1、电气工程、机电一体化、暖通工程、机械工程相关专业大学本科或以上学历，熟练运用办公软件及AutoCAD等软件； 2、具有10年以上大中型制造企业设施运维管理工作经验，其中需有3年以上经理级管理工作经验。有锂电池工厂或半导体工厂从业经验者及有协助建厂经验者优先； 3、熟悉除湿机、冷冻站、锅炉、空压机、电梯、空调、配电房设备等各类相关支持系统（管道）的设计、安装、调试、操作和维护； 4、思路清晰，逻辑清楚，沟通能力良好，能承受工作压力；
