精益体系搭建与优化 负责制定和完善工厂精益生产管理制度、流程和标准，推动精益理念在全厂落地实施。 1. 运用价值流图（VSM）、5S管理、单件流、拉动生产等精益工具，对生产流程进行全面梳理和优化，识别并消除浪费，提升生产效率和质量。 2. 生产流程管理与监控 实时监控生产现场运行状况，分析生产数据（如OEE、UPH、CT等），及时发现生产瓶颈和问题，提出并实施改进措施，确保生产计划按时、按质、按量完成。 协调生产、质量、设备、供应链等部门，确保各环节高效协同，保障生产流程的顺畅运行。 3. 成本管控与效益提升 负责生产成本的核算、分析和控制，通过流程优化、物料管理、能源节约等措施，降低生产成本，提高工厂经济效益。 参与工厂投资决策和项目评估，从精益角度提供专业意见，确保项目符合精益生产原则和投资回报要求。 4. 团队建设与培训 组建和领导精益生产团队，培养员工的精益意识和技能，定期组织精益生产培训、案例分享和实践活动，提升团队整体能力。 建立激励机制，鼓励员工积极参与精益改进活动，营造持续改进的企业文化
