职位描述
1.负责电池产线仿真建模、物流仿真及物流规划工作； 2.对整线或关键工位进行节拍仿真，识别瓶颈工位及风险点，评估理论产能与实际节拍差异； 3.基于仿真结果，提出物流路径优化、缓存容量配置、AGV数量/调度策略优化、产线平衡等改进方案，提升 OEE 并降低投资风险； 4.结合产线布局、工艺参数、设备故障率、换型时间等数据，搭建仿真场景，评估不同规划方案（如扩产、技改、新线导入）的产能与物流效率； 5.负责输出节拍分析、线平衡率、瓶颈工位、产线产能等相关仿真结果报告； 6.与工艺设备开发、物流规划、IE 等部门协同，完成产线规划阶段的仿真验证及项目实施后的对标优化； 7.建立和维护产线仿真模型库、参数库及仿真流程规范，提升仿真工作的复用性和效率。
职位要求
1.掌握离散制造仿真基础知识，熟悉精益物流理论，3年以上物流仿真工作相关经验; 2.熟练掌握Plant Simulation、Flex Sim等至少一种系统仿真软件; 3.熟练运用AutoCAD、Solidworks、3DMax等绘图软件构建二维、三维模型； 4.熟练应用各类AI工具，具有使用AI工具解决实际工业问题的项目经验； 5.具备软件工程、工程算法及基本的数学建模能力； 6.具备独立完成物流仿真项目实施的能力； 7.具备优秀的沟通和协调能力，优秀的组织能力和协作能力； 8.具备项目管理基础，能够独立推进多个任务并行； 9.具备强烈的学习能力和创新思维。
