职位描述
岗位背景 大规模训推场景下, 存储系统的容量边界、吞吐能力与稳定性水平, 已成为制约算力效能释放的关键因素。数据资产规模持续以 PB 量级扩张, 模型检查点的读写吞吐直接关系到 GPU 集群的有效利用率, 元数据规模亦不断逼近既有系统的设计边界。为此，MiniMax寻求能够定义公司存储基础设施的中长期目标形态、主导其架构演进路径、并对最终结果承担端到端责任的技术负责人。 岗位职责 1. 技术战略与架构演进。 定义存储基础设施的目标架构与演进路径,主导核心技术选型与关键架构决策,并对决策的长期影响承担责任。 2. 容量与性能。 建立具备推演能力的容量与性能量化模型,对性能目标的达成负责,确保存储环节不构成训练效率的瓶颈。 3. 稳定性保障。构建存储服务的 SLA 体系与故障应对机制,确保数据在各类故障场景下的完整性与一致性。 4. 成本与效率。 建立存储资源与成本模型,将架构决策转化为清晰可量化的投入产出判断。 5. 组织与团队。界定与系统、网络及业务团队之间的责任边界,组建并培养存储技术团队。
