此职位职责为确保香港赛马会从化马场及广州香港马会体育发展有限公司全域范围内马会职员、访客及马会财产之安全。他/她须执行上述区域内的场地进出控制、保安、生物安全及消防巡查、对场地内发生的保安、消防及生物安全事故进行妥善处理及执行场内交通及人群管制措施等。他/她须参与在香港赛马会从化马场大看台举行的赛事活动及非赛事活动安保工作。

Founded in 1884, The Hong Kong Jockey Club is a world-class sports and entertainment organisation that acts continuously for the betterment of our society. The Club has a unique integrated business model, comprising racing and racecourse entertainment, a membership club, responsible sports wagering and lottery, and charities and community contribution. Through this model, the Club generates economic and social value for the community and supports the HKSAR Government in combatting illegal gambling. In all, the Club’s total contribution to Hong Kong in 2025/26 was HK$39.3 billion, comprising HK$29.3 billion in betting duty and profits tax, HK$1.4 billion in Lotteries Fund contributions, and HK$8.6 billion in approved charitable donations. During this period, the Club provided employment to 20,970 full-time and part-time jobs.
