Located at Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport, HAECO Landing Gear Services offers a full range of inspection, repair, modification, overhaul, exchange and leasing services. Our authorized capabilities include the repair and overhaul of landing gear for the Boeing 737, 747, 767, 777 and 787, the Airbus A320, the Embraer E190/E195 and the Comac C909.

职位描述

负责起落架维修工卡、检验记录及维修放行资料的合规检查，完成文件扫描、校对、数据录入、归档、存储、台账管理及可追溯性管理工作。确保所有维修记录符合CAAC-145部、EASA-145部、FAA-145部等相关法规要求，并满足局方审核、客户审核和内部质量审核标准。

工作职责

1. 检查维修记录填写完整性、规范性、有效性和签字合规性。
2. 负责完工维修、检验、返修资料及试验报告等文件的数字化处理，完成扫描、分页、内容分类、逻辑拆分与合并工作。
3. 规范处理扫描件歪斜、模糊、漏扫、重扫、污点问题，保证电子档案清晰、可阅读、可长期留存。
4. 二次校对电子档与纸质原件一致性，确保页次完整、内容一致、无缺页或错页。
5. 严格按照机型、项目编号、客户等统一分类命名，执行公司标准化命名规则与文件夹管理。
6. 对审核无误、扫描完成的纸质维修资料进行整理、排序、装订、成册、贴标和登记。
7. 按照档案管理规范入库归档，分区、分层、分类存放，做好防潮、防损、防丢失管理。
8. 建立纸质档案借阅、调取、归还登记制度，全程留痕，杜绝资料外流、遗失及私改。
9. 负责局方检查、客户审核、内部审核相关维修资料的维护、调取、整理与归档，保障资料留存完备、可随时备查。
10. 配合部门完成资料标准化、流程优化、制度更新和落实岗位标准作业流程落地执行。

入职要求

1. 大专或以上学历，航空航天、机械工程或其他相关专业优先。
2. 具备三年及以上民航维修工作经验，熟悉145维修体系者优先。
3. 熟悉中国民航局145部维修记录管理规范，掌握维修资料留存与归档相关要求。
4. 熟练操作扫描仪、档案数字化软件、Office 办公软件、维修ERP/档案系统。
5. 细致、耐心、具备较好的抗压能力和零差错意识强。
6. 具备基本航空维修术语认知，能识别工卡、测试报告等资料。
7. 持有CET4英文证书优先。
