我们正在招聘一名生产计划员，负责根据客户订单、生产能力及物料供应情况，制定并优化生产计划，确保生产过程有序推进、订单及时交付，并通过数据分析为生产决策提供支持。
-根据客户订单需求，编制和释放生产计划与排程，确保按时交付并满足客户交付要求。
-配合项目组制定样机生产计划与排程，跟进样机试制与交付。
-结合生产产能、设备状况、人员安排及物料供应，动态调整生产计划，平衡生产负荷，提高设备利用率。
-控制在制品库存，减少积压与资源浪费，优化库存周转效率。
-跟踪生产计划执行情况，及时协调处理延期、缺料、设备异常等问题，降低对订单交付的影响。
-收集、整理并分析生产数据，形成综合报告，为管理决策提供依据。
-本科及以上学历，工业工程、供应链管理、机械工程等专业。
-3年及以上制造业生产计划相关工作经验。
-熟悉 ERP、 MES 等生产管理系统，有SAP使用经验者优先。
-熟练运用Excel 函数与数据透视表开展数据分析，具备低代码数字化应用经验者优先。
-具备良好的沟通协调、逻辑思维能力。
-具备一定的英语读写能力。
