职位描述
岗位职责： 1. 负责主驱电机控制器的整体及其各部件的结构设计； 2. 负责控制器各部件尺寸链分析与公差计算，并进行相应的热、流体及强度的仿真分析； 3. 负责绘制2D/3D图纸，包含但不限于产品装配图、零件工程图、爆炸图、工艺图纸等，负责图纸归档，BOM搭建； 4. 主导关键零部件供应商技术评估，协助管理供应商的相关模具（含塑胶模、五金模、压铸模、吸塑模等）制作、试模工作等； 5. 负责结构相关的功能及可靠性等测试、验证工作； 6. 提供驱动系统及控制器生产或供应商需要的技术支持，并解决碰到的机械问题； 7. 结构相关开发设计、测试等文档管理工作以保证开发过程符合设计规范要。 岗位要求： 1. 机械设计方向相关专业本科及以上学历； 2. 有3-10年以上产品结构设计经验； 3. 熟练使用3D设计软件，并能独立输出产品及部件图纸； 4. 精通尺寸链分析及公差设计方法，熟悉机械结构仿真工具并具备一定热、流体及振动仿真经验； 5. 精通机械原理、可靠性、制造工艺和模具知识等； 6. 熟悉部件供应商管理，具备一定的相关供应商管理经验； 7. 具备独立工作能力，并具备与其它职能部门特别是硬件良好沟通协调的能力。
