职位描述
岗位职责： 1.负责空调产品的开发设计和改进，以及数据库的产品信息搭建和更新； 2.负责空调产品的功能和性能需求的合理性分析和技术方案制定； 3.负责空调产品的供应商开发和管理； 4.负责空调产品的SOR/TR/技术协议/DVP编写、评审资料和DFMEA编写、以及APQP策划和OTS认可； 5.负责空调产品的模块集成化、轻量化、平台化等VAVE提案和实施； 6.负责空调产品的项目节点交付物制作和提交； 7.负责空调产品的质量问题的分析和解决，设变方案推进实施。 任职要求： 1.本科以上学历，制冷与空调、热能与动力工程、工程热物理、车辆工程等相关专业； 2.主机厂或汽车设计公司5年以上空调产品开发经验，具有多温区和热泵空调产品开发经验优先； 3.掌握制冷原理、流体力学、传热学等专业理论知识，熟悉空调产品的特性、关键参数和性能指标； 4.熟悉整车和产品开发、APQP启动和OTS认可等流程； 5.熟悉空调产品的关键特性的工艺管控方法，具备较强的质量问题分析和解决能力； 6.能够独立进行供应商交流管理及质量成本风险管控； 7.熟练使用主流三维设计软件。
