职位描述
1、独立完成软内饰系统产品（顶棚/遮阳板/地毯/隔音垫/行李箱饰件等）设计开发：典型/详细断面/实体结构设计，产品造型及工程可行性分析，数据布置/匹配分析校核等； 2、完成SOR、系统方案书等专业输出物；能够独立制定产品开发计划，识别开发过程中的风险并及时推动解决；主导控制各项产品开发节奏，试验节奏、质量培育节奏，最终满足专业节点目标要求； 3、进行软内饰外观件精致工艺对标，完善提升设计质量，达到行业领先的目标； 4、制定和修订软内饰专业标准规范、性能目标； 5、组织推动降重降本工作开展，根据任务目标制定可行行动方案及计划； 6、跟踪国内外行业发展动态，推进软内饰新技术、材料、工艺的分析、开发、验证及应用。
职位要求
1、本科及以上学历，车辆工程、机械设计等相关专业； 2、熟悉软内饰材料、结构、研发和制造端的开发流程； 3、熟练掌握行业常用设计软件及分析工具； 4、具备极强的责任心、高效的执行力，勇于承担敢于做出突破； 5、具备良好的协调能力、沟通能力、交流顺畅表达清晰； 6、8年以上顶饰声学包行李箱饰件等总成设计经验，参与经历过中高端乘用车型开发经验优先； 7、至少6年以上主机厂从业经验，3款以上成熟车同类产品开发经验； 8、具备AI意识，且熟练使用AI工具者优先。
