职位描述
1、负责被动安全零件（安全带/方向盘/气囊）的总体布置、人机工程、造型可行性以及法规符合性； 2、负责定义被动安全零件（安全带/方向盘/气囊）结构方案、材料应用、工艺选择、性能要求等技术状态； 3、负责编制被动安全零件（安全带/方向盘/气囊）的技术要求、零部件级开发计划，产品SOR，协助采购完成供应商定点、签订技术开发协议； 4、负责确认供应商开模方案、检具方案，编制DVP文件，完成零部件OTS认可； 5、跟踪零部件设计变更进度、及对变更件的进行认可； 6、负责被动安全零件的轻量化、降本、价值提升及后期整改等工作； 7、负责被动安全零件的技术积累及前沿技术跟踪； 8、负责编制/修订被动安全系统的技术标准、设计规范、SSTS、DVP、DFMEA、开发流程等技术文件； 9、配合采购、成本等部门进行产品经济性分析； 10、负责试制、量产设计问题的分析及对策。
职位要求
1、本科或以上学历，车辆工程、机械设计等相关专业； 2、3~6年以上汽车被动安全零件研发设计管理经验，作为负责人，独立完成过2-4个项目以上的被动安全零件开发； 3、熟练掌握软件，能够制作3D和2D数据，能够熟练运用办公软件； 4、熟悉汽车产品开发流程、汽车制造工艺，熟知汽车构造、理论、前沿技术知识； 5、良好的团队合作精神、严密的逻辑思维能力，较强的责任心以及高效沟通能力。 6、具备AI意识，且熟练使用AI工具者优先。
