职位描述
1、负责中心质量绩效的管控、风险识别及提升工作； 2、负责售后维修成本管理工作，达成成本目标； 3、负责主导动力三电（电池or电驱or电控or发动机等）相关产品市场返回件的失效分析，并输出分析报告； 4、根据分析流程统筹整个分析过程，协调研发工程师和设备资源支持完成分析； 1）整理并持续完善失效分析流程、分析过程操作指导等规范化体系文件； 2）整理失效分析案例，建立失效分析数据库，并持续完善维护和总结； 3）负责统筹失效分析能力建设，搭建失效分析所需的硬件设备资源； 4）负责分析实验室的规范运行，管理实验室人员和设备安全； 5）快速响应并支持市场失效的现场调查和报文初步分析； 4、组织开展相关专项活动，提升售后质量表现； 5、针对发生问题进行横展及根因复盘，规避问题再次发生； 6、支持开发工程师完成根因调查和对策制定，反馈产品设计风险给研发团队。
职位要求
1、本科及以上学历，电子电气、自动化等专业背景； 2、5年以上汽车行业失效分析、可靠性分析、或硬件工程师经验； 3、掌握动力三电（电池or电驱or电控）基本原理和制造工艺，具有较强的电子线路知识和半导体器件知识，了解常见器件的失效模式和分析方法； 4、掌握示波器等常见分析工具的使用，了解常用失效分析的设备； 5、熟悉8D流程、FTA与鱼骨图分析等质量工具，具有一定的组织协调能力和团队协作能力，要求动手能力强，问题解决思路清晰严谨。
