职位描述
岗位职责： 1.负责热管理产品开发、数模设计及发布、产品SSTS制定及达成; 2.负责供应商寻源及定点,方案评审及确认,DV及OTS管理; 3.负责相关竞品对标分析工作,制定产品架构平台通用化方案; 4.负责相关零部件的VAVE、各个阶段质量问题处理; 5.负责相关竞品对标分析工作,制定产品架构平台通用化方案案; 6.有AI工具或AI应用经验。 任职要求： 1.本科及以上学历,机械、流体、制冷或热能、电机、电气工程及其自动化等相关专业; 2.熟悉热管理产品开发及整车开发流程,具备热管理集成模块项目开发经验,了解整车热管理系统和控制原理; 3.熟悉各电机控制器的控制策略,故障诊断与处理,输入输出模块等功能模块的设计及测试,有从事水泵、水阀、电子膨胀阀等BLDC电机控制器开发优先; 4.熟悉集成模块关键特性、工艺及材料； 5.沟通表达能力强,有较强的团队意识和协作精神,抗压能力强,具备较强的问题分析及解决能力。 6.熟悉AI工具或对AI有一定理解。
