职位描述
1、协助完成轴齿需求梳理，配合完成 SOR、技术协议资料整理工作； 2、参与电驱系统轴齿 & 差速器方案设计，协助开展材料选型、寿命 & NVH 仿真基础计算、轴齿 & 差速器结构对标分析； 3、协助编写轴齿设计相关文档：设计方案辅助输出、对标报告整理、工艺路线梳理、DFMEA、2D/3D 图纸辅助、DVP、特殊特性清单、检验基准书、尺寸链分析、轴齿 BOM 维护、变更资料整理等； 4、参与轴齿 & 差速器供应商开发工作，协助开展供应商能力资料收集、SOR 及技术协议文档准备、TR 节点资料输出，支撑定点推进； 5、协助跟进 OTS 前订单及质量相关工作，跟踪开发过程轴齿类问题，做好问题记录、跟进闭环； 6、配合 DRE 相关工作：协助 OTS 节点交付、研发阶段问题收集分析；OTS 之后配合 SQE 跟进轴齿生产一致性，协同处理产线轴齿 & 差速器相关问题； 7、协助轴齿 & 差速器设计规范的资料收集、文档整理与版本维护； 8、参与新技术调研、设计优化、降本相关分析工作，输出基础调研材料。
职位要求
1、本科及以上学历，机械、车辆工程等相关专业；有新能源车电驱 / 减速器轴齿相关项目经验、实习经验均可，参与过量产项目优先； 2、会使用三维设计软件，能够完成基础 3D 建模、2D 出图，具备 BOM 维护、数据版本管理基础能力； 3、了解新能源电驱、减速器基本结构，对电驱‑整车布置匹配有基础认知； 4、了解平行轴 / 行星排轴齿布置基础知识，熟悉轴齿基础设计标准，有齿轮宏观、微观设计实操经验优先； 5、了解轴齿寿命、NVH 关键性能指标；熟悉轴齿 & 差速器材料、热处理、磨齿、焊接等关键工艺基础知识； 6、掌握差速器基础原理及关键性能指标； 7、学习意愿强，具备良好沟通表达、团队协作能力，能够接受多项目并行工作。
