职位描述
1、负责制定人形机器人灵巧手的整体研发策略与技术方案，并搭建高效开发团队，制定产品研发技术方向与阶段性目标； 2、主导灵巧手的机械结构设计，确保手部具备高自由度、高精度和高可靠性，优化手部的材料选择与工艺，降低成本并提高生产效率； 3、协同电子电路团队，进行手部传感器、驱动电路的设计与开发，实现对关节运动的精准控制和力反馈感知； 4、协同领算法团队，开发先进的控制算法和人工智能算法，实现灵巧手的自主抓取、操作任务规划与智能决策； 5、建立完善的开发体系，组织对灵巧手进行性能测试、可靠性测试，及时发现并解决研发过程中的技术问题，确保产品质量符合标准； 6、与整机紧密合作，推动灵巧手从研发到产品化的全流程，保障项目按时交付。
职位要求
1、机械工程、自动化、电子信息等相关专业，硕士及以上学历，博士加分； 2、具有 5 年以上机器人研发经验，有人形机器人灵巧手研发经验者加分； 3、精通机械设计原理，熟练使用 CATIA等设计软件，具备创新的机械结构设计能力； 4、熟悉电子电路设计，掌握传感器、电机驱动等硬件开发技术，能够解读和优化硬件原理图与 PCB 设计； 5、深入理解机器人控制算法，如运动学、动力学、轨迹规划等，熟悉 Python、C++ 等编程语言，有算法实现和优化经验； 6、具备良好的团队管理和沟通协调能力，能够有效带领团队成员，推动项目进展，解决团队内部矛盾； 7、对新技术有强烈的好奇心和学习热情，具备良好的创新能力和问题解决能力，能够在复杂环境下快速应对挑战。
