职位描述
1、负责智驾预控、车载电视、车载屏幕、数字钥匙、智能码表等车载电子精品件，从前期开发、试制导入到量产交付的全流程生产质量管理。主导开发阶段制造风险识别、DFM评审及风险闭环，管控试制质量、推进问题归零整改，保障量产阶段质量稳定与交付达标。 2、负责合作工厂质量能力搭建与升级，开展工厂质量稽核、能力诊断与短板梳理，输出系统性改善方案，优化生产工艺、过程管控及检验标准，持续提升工厂汽车级制程质量能力。 3、牵头跨部门质量专项攻坚，联动研发、智能制造、质量体系及ODM工厂，解决制程缺陷、量产异常等质量问题，推动工艺优化、流程迭代与问题闭环，持续提升产品制造与交付质量。 4、沉淀车载精品件生产质量标准化体系与管控方法论，完善新品全阶段质量规范，赋能团队能力建设，支撑多项目高质量落地。
职位要求
1、本科及以上学历，8年以上汽车电子质量管理相关经验，有车载域控、车载显示、数字钥匙、智能仪表等品类经验者优先，熟悉IATF16949体系及汽车质量工具。 2、完整经历硬件产品从开发试制到SOP量产全流程，具备扎实的制造风险识别、过程质量管控、失效分析与闭环落地能力。 3、逻辑清晰、擅长多项目统筹与专项推进，具备较强的跨部门沟通协同、问题攻坚与资源拉通能力，结果导向、抗压性强。 4、具备工厂质量诊断、制程改善与能力搭建实战经验，能够系统性推动工厂质量能力升级。 5、责任心强，具备良好的团队协作与方法论沉淀能力，可赋能团队质量体系与能力建设。 6、接受长期驻厂在惠州或东莞。
