前期在中国总部进行约 3 个月系统培训及业务熟悉，培训结束后派驻澳洲，支持小鹏澳洲及相关海外业务的数字化系统运营工作。 1、负责小鹏国际业务相关 B 端系统及 C 端数字化产品在法国及欧洲市场的推广、运营与用户支持，指导本地用户完成系统使用，及时响应并解决使用过程中的问题，保障各业务系统稳定、高效运行。 2、跟进系统运营过程中出现的问题，分析问题原因并提出可落地的解决方案，协调总部产品、研发、IT 等相关资源，推动问题闭环解决及优化落地。 3、负责输出系统操作指引、培训手册、上线说明等培训材料，并组织或支持系统培训，帮助法国及欧洲本地用户快速掌握系统功能，提升系统使用效率和业务执行质量。 4、结合法国及欧洲一线员工的实际工作场景，梳理潜在数字化需求，识别业务痛点，提出初步产品优化或开发建议，推动数字化工具为业务提效。 5、完成总部培训期间的系统学习、业务流程熟悉及相关考核，培训结束后根据业务安排派驻法国，持续支持当地系统运营和用户赋能。
1、具备流利的中文及英文听说读写能力，能够顺畅支持总部及法国 / 欧洲本地业务用户；具备法语沟通能力者优先。 2、具备 IT 相关专业背景者优先。 3、具备良好的沟通协调能力、问题分析能力和推动能力，能够主动与业务、产品、研发、IT 及支持团队协作。 4、具备团队合作精神，能够适应跨文化、跨时区协作环境。 5、能够接受前期在中国总部培训约 3 个月，并在培训结束后派驻法国开展工作。
