主要职责：- 协助销售人员与客户联系和沟通，为客户提供量身定做的服务，提高服务质量和客户满意度- 回应客户服务咨询和服务要求，根据客户需求提供相关报告和服务解决方案- 协助销售人员协调好跨职能沟通，以支持销售业务正常运作，做好跟进协调的工作- 协助销售人员整理分析特定客户/行业信息，及时传递信息- 提供日常工作事务支持及业务常规分析，协助销售人员完成相关报告制作
任职资格：- 本科或以上学历- 有物流相关专业知识优先- 优秀的沟通协调能力，思路清晰反应敏捷- 良好的英语书面能力，大学CET 4级或同等水平- 良好的数据管理、统计和分析能力良好的沟通协调能力，思路清晰反应敏捷
