1、参与香料单体感官数据库搭建：开展香料单体香韵拆解、风味定性描述，完成单体嗅闻阈值测定，建立单体风味标准曲线；规范单体风味档案，持续维护与更新单体感官数据库，实现单体风味信息标准化归档； 2、在导师指导下参与香精仿香、AI 创香相关研发工作，配合团队完成香精风味板块的搭建，开展配方样品制备、风味追踪验证，记录风味变化数据，支撑 AI 模型风味数据集建设； 3、协助感官团队完善电子烟感官评价体系，按规范开展样品感官测试，汇总、清洗、整理感官原始数据，撰写感官评价报告，持续优化感官评价方法； 4、协助开展雾化风味市场调研，收集竞品风味信息、流行香韵特征，整理市场风味简报，为新品风味开发、配方迭代提供参考； 5、规范完成实验原始记录，整理项目相关技术资料，配合团队完成项目阶段性复盘与技术文档输出。
1、硕士及以上学历，食品科学与工程、香料香精技术与工程、烟草科学与工程、应用化学等相关专业； 2、对风味化学、香料感官表征有浓厚兴趣，嗅觉感知灵敏，愿意深耕雾化风味方向，接受系统感官与调香相关培训； 3、掌握风味化学基础理论，熟悉香料单体基本特性；有单体感官评价、阈值测定、GC-MS/O、风味数据库建设、香精仿香相关课题或实验室项目经历优先； 4、具备良好实验操作素养，能规范完成感官实验、样品前处理、实验数据记录与统计分析；熟练使用办公软件进行数据整理、报告撰写。 5、具备较强的数据思维，严谨细致，逻辑清晰，擅长归纳风味信息；有感官体系搭建、市场风味调研相关经验优先。 6、良好的跨团队沟通协作能力，学习主动性强，能够配合调香、原料团队推进项目，具备英文文献阅读能力。
