Technical Support: Provide in-depth technical guidance and troubleshooting to customers, addressing their questions and resolving any issues they encounter when using Revvity products. This ensures a positive customer experience and maximizes the value they derive from our solutions.
Product Application Research: Conduct thorough research into the real-world applications of Revvity's products, identifying new use cases and developing effective sales tools. This knowledge supports the sales team in promoting our offerings more efficiently and driving business growth.
Sales Enablement: Collaborate closely with the sales organization to equip them with the necessary technical expertise and sales collateral. This empowers the sales team to effectively communicate product capabilities, address customer concerns, and secure more successful deployments.
Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong, trust-based relationships with customers by providing responsive, knowledgeable, and solution-oriented support. This helps cement Revvity's reputation as a reliable partner committed to customer success.
Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine the pre-sales and post-sales support processes to enhance efficiency, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction. This includes identifying areas for improvement and implementing streamlined workflows.
