◆ 具備數據分析、商業分析、產品分析或相關領域經驗約 2 年者佳；亦歡迎具備相關專題、競賽或實作成果的人才。
◆ 熟悉 SQL 與 Python，能獨立完成資料擷取、處理、分析與結果整理。
◆ 具備資料清理、探索性分析、分群、指標追蹤、成效分析或策略分析經驗。
◆ 能從資料中發掘業務問題與機會，並將分析結果轉化為可執行的建議、名單或報告。
◆ 具備定期報表、儀表板或資料視覺化經驗者尤佳。
◆ 理解 Data Pipeline 概念；具備 PySpark 經驗者尤佳。
◆ 對金融業務、數據分析與 AI 應用具好奇心，樂於與業務單位共同探索新的應用場景。
◆ 具良好邏輯思維、跨部門溝通與獨立解決問題能力，能在快速變動的業務需求中持續推進專案。
