Job Description

1. Customer Relationship Management: - Under the guidance of senior colleagues, acquire, analyze, and effectively utilize customer information (e.g., customer organization, procurement guidelines, decision-making processes, etc.). - Establish and maintain good relationships with customers' daily contacts (e.g., procurement staff, planners, etc.). 2. Case Support and Quotation: - Handle RFQs (Request for Quotation) and provide proposals and quotations to customers according to SOP/guidelines. - Support winning cases and ensure customer needs are met. 3. Sales Progress and Market Share Reporting: - Regularly communicate with customers to report sales progress and market share. - Adjust sales targets promptly according to market changes. 4. Product/Service Terms Evaluation: - Evaluate product/service terms according to SOP/guidelines and reach preliminary consensus with customers. 5. Order Demand Monitoring: - Monitor annual order demand/forecast/changes and interact with customers under the guidance of senior colleagues to achieve delivery goals. 6. Market Research and Analysis: - Conduct market research, collect competitor information, analyze market trends, and support sales strategies.
