This position reports to:

Sales Support Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the assigned Sales organization (division and market) and customers during the proposal process. Each day, you will serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area. You will also showcase your expertise by preparing technical descriptions of the products and technology, determining costs, and preparing final documentation.

The work model for the role is: onsite

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Rapidly support domestic sales by providing technical solutions, data sheets, and appearance drawings.
• Provide motor quotations. Signing the technical agreement with the client.
• Coordinate with the backend department to evaluate the feasibility of complex technical solutions.
• Support sales visits to clients and gather market demand. Support the sales promotion of new products and solutions.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor's degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering.
• Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese, as well as strong spoken and written English skills.
• Proficiency in computer and office automation operations, as well as 2D/3D drafting software.
• Proactive, positive, and capable of working independently.
• Skilled in communication, passionate, and adept at taking on challenges. Willing to work with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
