B. REQUIREMENT PROFILE : 任职条件: 学历，工作经验，能力和技能
1.学历 ：自动化或电子、电气等相关专业本科或以上学历。
2.工作经验：5年以上空调产品的电气开发、设计工作经验；熟悉电气产品设计过程和控制，对低压电气零部件的性能和特性有较深入的了解。
3.能力和技能：熟悉空调产品国家电气标准及空调行业标准，能单独承担产品电气设计任务；具有良好的服务及团队合作意识；熟悉计算机运用，熟悉AUTOCAD ELECTRICAL软件。
4.其他：具备良好的英文听说表达能力，有空调CE或UL产品设计经验加分。
