About the Role

负责业务数据的分析与洞察，构建数据指标体系与报表体系，为业务决策提供数据驱动支持。要求具备扎实的 Python 工程化能力，能够将数据分析流程自动化、工程化、产品化，提升分析效率和复用性。

Roles and Responsibilities:

• 负责业务数据分析，深入理解保险业务场景，通过数据挖掘和统计分析为业务决策提供 actionable 的洞察与建议。(30%)
• 构建和维护数据指标体系和看板体系，设计和开发自动化报表与数据产品，推动分析成果的工程化沉淀与可复用。(20%)
• 运用 Python 进行数据处理、分析和建模，编写高质量、可维护、可复用的分析代码，包括数据清洗、特征工程、AB Test 分析、用户行为分析等。(20%)
• 探索和引入新的分析工具与方法，优化分析流程，提升团队整体分析效率和数据驱动文化。(20%)
• 主管交办的其他工作。(10%)

Job Requirements:

• 大学本科及以上学历，统计学、数学、计算机、经济学或相关专业，3 年以上数据分析或商业智能相关工作经验。
• 精通 Python，具备扎实的**工程化能力**：熟练使用 pandas / numpy / polars 等数据处理库，能够编写遵循 PEP 8 规范的代码，熟练掌握类型注解、模块化设计、单元测试（pytest）及 Git 版本管理，有将分析脚本工程化（封装为可复用模块 / 自动化流水线）的实际经验。
• 熟练使用 SQL，具备复杂查询编写与优化能力，熟悉窗口函数、CTE、查询性能调优；熟悉至少一种 OLAP 引擎或数据仓库（如 ClickHouse、StarRocks、BigQuery、Snowflake 等）。
• 熟悉主流数据可视化工具（如 Tableau、Power BI、Superset、Metabase 等），具备看板设计和开发经验，理解可视化设计原则。
• 熟悉统计学基础方法（假设检验、回归分析、聚类分析等），有 AB Test 分析经验者优先。
• 熟悉 Linux 开发环境，熟练掌握 Shell 脚本，了解基本的 CI/CD 流程。
• 有人寿保险或金融行业数据分析经验者优先。
• 具备良好的业务理解能力和沟通表达能力，能将复杂分析结果以清晰、简洁的方式呈现给非技术人员。
