岗位职责 1、负责收集各系统通信需求，制定设计车型项目网络架构，通信协议选型； 2、负责制定整车休眠唤醒策略、数据上传策略、以太网配置策略、时钟同步策略并负责整体方案项目验收； 3、负责制定整车环网策略，TSN详细实施方案、性能验收； 4、负责对接整车通信需求，制定信号打包及路由方案; 5、负责分解整车通信安全需求，制定车内通信安全策略及认证支持; 6、负责制定通信相关企业标准; 7、负责协助车载网络通信新技术调研，对标，技术规划工作；
任职要求 1、本科及以上学历，5年及以上汽车总线开发测试经验，参与3个及以上量产车型通信开发项目； 2、熟悉了解网络架构设计、汽车电子、嵌入式基本原理； 3、熟悉掌握至少一种汽车总线诊断开发测试工具； 4、熟悉掌握LINCANCANFD，CANTP（ISO15765）、Autosar NM协议，能够独立分析通信和诊断问题； 5、熟悉车载以太网技术 TCPIP、SomeIP、DDS，TSN，了解行业新技术CANXL、10Base-T1S; 6、责任心强，具备较强的沟通能力及跨部门的协调能力，团队合作意识强，有较强问题推进能力，抗压能力强； 7、具备AI意识，且熟练使用AI工具者优先。
