职位描述
1、负责机器人智能语音交互的语音SDK模块设计与开发； 2、具有一定语音SDK软件架构设计能力，能够进行SDK接口定义和封装； 3、负责语音算法工程化，语音唤醒、识别、语义等集成开发工作； 4、负责语音性能分析和优化，包括CPU、内存优化、内存泄露、端到端耗时优化等；
职位要求
1、本科及以上学历，3-5年及以上智能语音开发经验； 2、负责过语音交互产品的设计与开发，具备语音交互产品的接口设计与功能开发能力； 3、熟悉语音（唤醒、ASR、TTS、声纹）及自然语言处理（NLU、DM、NLG）等基本技术和原理，具有独立分析定位语音链路中问题的能力； 4、熟练掌握C++语音编程，熟悉常见设计模式，有扎实的面向对象设计和实现能力； 5、具有良好的编码风格，熟悉常用的质量保证工具与技术，保证代码的质量与稳定性； 6、抗压能力强，有ownership能够端到端负责业务模块； 7、具有良好的沟通能力、团队合作精神，能够与产品、开发、测试等进行有效的沟通。
