职位描述
负责端侧模块测试计划的制定、测试平台的搭建及维护，帮助团队提升项目测试质量和效率； 负责端侧整体自动化测试，保证端侧算法系统的功能正确、性能和输出结果的稳定性 负责端侧工程质量保证，建立完善质量管理体系，形成端侧软件工程管理规范、流程及标准； 负责端侧代码质量建设和把控，负责code review； 负责端工程相关需求、系统设计、软件设计等技术评审； 负责从端侧视角推动整体团队工程质量的提升。
职位要求
计算机、软件工程、自动化等相关专业本科及以上； 熟练掌握 C++，5 年以上软件开发经验，2 年以上软件工程质量管理相关经验； 熟练掌握常用软件测试方法及自动化测试完整流程，熟悉 Conan、CI/CD 常用工具； 熟悉嵌入式端性能及稳定性分析方法，熟悉常用调试工具使用方法，能够协助快速定位问题； 优秀的编程风格习惯、文档撰写能力，团队沟通协作能力； 具备较强的质量洞察力、判断能力和决策能力； 具有机器人、自动驾驶、CV 等相关项目经验者优先。 加分项： 带过中规模以上团队，具备团队管理经验； 高性能计算、软件优化领域经验。
