1.探索具身智能领域前沿多模态大模型算法，掌握最新技术趋势 构建具身智能领域多模态大模型基座，优化数据处理、预训练、微调、RLHF等算法 2.推进多模态大模型在具身领域的应用落地，构建通用机器人
职位要求
1.计算机视觉、多模态大模型等相关领域的硕士或博士 2.精通Python编程语言，熟悉PyTorch、Deepspeed、Megatron等框架 3.熟悉多模态领域算法，熟悉Llava、QwenVL等基础VLM模型 4.熟悉NLP领域算法，熟悉Bert、GPT、Llama等基础LLM模型 5.熟悉CV领域算法，熟悉ViT、DINO、SAM、GAN、Diffusion等基础CV模型 6.一作顶会/顶刊论文发表，包括不仅限于ICML，ICLR，NeurIPS，ACL, EMNLP，CVPR，ECCV，ICCV等 有实际机器人项目经验者优先
