职位描述
1 优化具身智能端侧CPU和内存等资源占用，确保系统资源始终在水线以下，保障端侧算法性能，包括关键模块帧率和传感器延时等； 2 深入分析具身智能端侧算法面临的性能问题、提升算法实时性，使算法在Linux/QNX等OS上运行可以获得较好的实时性保障。确保多任务在车上按照设计好的调度周期运行，确保任务的WCRT； 3 主导跨团队沟通、资源问题解决，包括CPU资源异常、网络异常、内存泄露和内存踩踏等； 4 在端侧工程架构层面分析具身智能系统面临的系统问题和性能问题，输出有效的优化手段并落地。
职位要求
1 熟练使用perf,ftrace,top,netstat,tcpdump等工具对系统做性能分析，快速定位系统性能瓶颈； 2 熟悉ARM微体系结构，熟悉top-down性能分析模型，理解Linux内核调度策略、内存管理机制、IO管理策略等； 3 有丰富的Linux/QNX内核与应用进程性能调优经验，至少精通任务调度、内存管理，对性能调优有深刻的理解； 4 较强的工程疑难问题独立定位、分析和解决能力，勇于迎接挑战； 5 有2年以上端侧算法性能优化经验优先。 加分项： 熟悉Linux内核架构，阅读过相关内核代码，参与过相关内核功能开发最佳。
