职位描述
1、负责基于ROS2/DDS中间件,构建高可靠性、低延迟的分布代机器人通信与控制系统； 2、负责中间件版本的工程化迭代，服务各个业务模块和各量产项目； 3、负责分析、并解决中间件相关、设备间网络相关的软硬件问题题和性能问题； 4、负责对分布式系统进行需求分析和方案设计,识别系统中的风险和短板,，并与上下游业务模块协作，共同提升系统的鲁棒性和实时性； 5、负责责中间件新特性和新设计的引入和测试，持续提升软件的质量、稳定性、易用性和性能；
职位要求
职位要求 1、本科及以上学历,通信/计算机/电子/自动化等相关专业优先； 2、具有2年以上ROS2+DDS的实际开发经验； 3、具有5年以上Linux下的实际开发经验，熟练C/C++编程，熟悉常见数据结构及模式设计； 4、熟悉TCP/IP协议,熟悉进程间通信原理以及网络通信原理； 5、具备很强的自驱力和学习能力,并有强烈意愿将技术转化为生产力； 6、具备跨团队、跨领域进行高效沟通的能力,并具备较强的抗压能力； 加分项: 1、熟悉DDS和CyberRT规范者优先； 2、有基于ROS2的实际量产项目经验者优先，有ROS2或DDDS开源社区经验者优先。
