构建面向机器人与具身任务的世界模型，用于环境预测、规划推演与策略学习，提升长时序决策能力。 研究并实现基于视频/多模态序列的生成式建模方法（预测未来、补全状态、生成轨迹等）。 探索世界模型与策略模型的结合方式（planning、model-based RL、闭环控制），并建立稳定的评测体系。 与强化学习/具身算法/数据团队协作，推动世界模型在真实任务中的应用落地。 撰写技术文档和学术论文，分享研究成果并在技术社区中展示创新技术。
职位要求
硕士及以上学历，机器学习/计算机视觉/机器人相关方向。 熟悉生成模型或序列建模（Transformer / Diffusion / Autoregressive 等），具备相关训练经验。 熟练 PyTorch，有大规模训练、推理加速或工程化经验优先。 有机器人、仿真、强化学习或视频生成相关背景优先。 顶会论文或同等研究/工程成果优先（CVPR/NeurIPS/ICLR/RSS/ICRA/CoRL/IROS 等）
