职位描述
1、围绕交互部署态自主智能（感知-决策-执行闭环、长时稳定性、鲁棒性、安全约束）进行算法模型预研，输出技术路线、关键假设与验证结论； 2、快速搭建原型与实验体系（离线评测/回放/仿真），完成核心能力的可行性验证与指标量化； 3、推动关键模型迭代：策略学习/规划、多模态理解与Agent、技能层级化与工具调用等，形成可复用的模块化方案； 4、与业务线联合定义POC目标与验收口径，完成小规模试点验证并沉淀复盘报告与下一步迭代计划；
职位要求
1、计算机/机器人/机器学习相关背景，本科及以上；有自主智能/具身智能/决策学习相关研发经验； 2、具备强预研能力：能把业务问题抽象为可验证的研究问题，设计对照实验与指标，快速迭代得出结论； 3、熟练 Python/C++，熟悉 PyTorch/JAX 之一；具备良好的实验复现与工程化习惯； 4、对前沿方向敏感，能持续跟踪并评估新方法（RL/IL、世界模型、VLA/Agent、多模态大模型等）； 加分项 - 有真实机器人闭环经验（策略/规划/技能系统）或Sim2Real经验。 - 有模型部署与推理优化经验（ONNX/TensorRT、量化/蒸馏）。 - 发表论文/专利/开源项目，或主导过0-1 POC攻坚与落地。
