职位描述
负责基于 VLM 的具身智能数据预标注体系建设，通过模型微调提升系统对机器人操作、环境感知等复杂场景的 2D/3D 自动化识别精度。 主导构建涵盖 2D 图像语义、3D 点云空间位置及多模态文本描述的自动化标注流水线，实现从原始传感器数据到高质量训练集的快速转化。 研发并优化在线自动打标（Online Labeling）系统，支持在数据采集过程中实时生成伪标签，并基于模型置信度进行自动化的数据初筛。 制定数据质量评估标准与反馈闭环机制，利用算法手段识别并剔除低质量或干扰项数据，确保存储与训练任务使用高价值样本。 协同算法团队进行标注模型的持续迭代，通过难例挖掘（Hard Example Mining）与针对性微调，不断突破自动化标注在长尾场景下的性能瓶颈。
职位要求
拥有计算机科学、人工智能或机器人相关专业硕士及以上学历，具备 5 年以上大规模数据工程或大模型微调经验。 深入理解 VLM（如 CLIP, LLaVA 等）的架构原理，精通 SFT、RLHF 等微调技术，并有实际的多模态数据处理项目背景。 熟练掌握 2D/3D 计算机视觉算法，包括目标检测、分割、3D 重建及点云处理，能够针对具身智能需求设计高效的标注方案。 具备构建自动化标注系统或大规模数据流水线的经验，熟悉分布式计算环境及模型推理优化技术。 熟悉在线学习或实时流处理框架，能够解决高吞吐量下的自动化打标一致性与时延优化问题。
