职位描述
1、负责人形机器人本体的机械设计，进行产品需求拆解、方案设计、量产交付； 2、主导复合传动结构设计，利用拓扑优化技术实现传动部件轻量化设计； 3、针对机器人的性能、精度、强度、寿命进行分析测试优化，对关键功能的设计验证闭环，可靠性设计验证闭环； 4、负责零件设计，针对零件进行材料选择，加工工艺设计，2D图纸出图，制作BOM表； 5、产品样机组装验证，并将样机落地转换量产交付；
职位要求
1、机械设计或机电一体化专业本科及以上学历，三年以上工作经验； 2、熟悉机械原理、材料及加工工艺、表面处理，精通三维专业软件，熟悉SolidWorks优先； 3、能熟练对产品进行结构力学分析，有较强的产品失效风险分析； 4、熟悉关节模组，轴承，丝杆，连杆等部件的选型与使用； 5、有双足、四足机器人、协作机器人、扫地机、割草机等量产工作经验优先； 6、有较强的创新和团队协作能力。
