职位描述
1、设计知识与记忆建模：业务流程知识、场地知识、FAQ、地图/设备等多源知识接入与统一表示； 2、研发检索与更新机制：RAG、信息抽取、增量更新、版本管理与质量评估； 3、设计长期交互机制：短期/长期/情境记忆、用户偏好、连续任务支持； 4、建立指标闭环：命中率、有效性、错误率、时延；线上回放与难例修复； 5、与Agent/规划协作，提升任务完成率与交互一致性；
职位要求
1、熟悉 RAG 基本流程：切分、embedding、检索、重排、生成、评测； 2、有项目/科研/实习：信息抽取、知识表示、个性化推荐/画像、长对话记忆等； 3、具备数据规范意识：版本、权限、回滚、质量评估； 加分项 - 门店/园区/酒店等真实业务知识库经验 - 个性化与持续学习经验 - 顶会论文/专利/高质量开源复现或贡献
