按照测试计划，及时准确的完成各种测试任务。
工作职责：
1.遵守，按照IPC、客户和测试计划的要求及时，准确的完成各项测试。
2.完成，能熟练的掌握各个测试项目的测试要领，准确无误的记录各项测试数据，使测试数据具有科学性，说服力。
3.参加，参与公司组织的相关项目。如精益制造，标准作业等。
4.检出异常，及时邮件反馈相关部门，协作，协助主管做好异常品质调查，改善等工作。
5.维护实验室和蚀刻房的6S和安全事宜。
职位需求：
1.高中、中专、技校及以上学历
2.计算机水平：熟练使用办公软件。
3.特殊能力素质要求：具有一定的判断，组织，协调，沟通，团队合作及执行能力。
4.工作认真细致、踏实肯干、责任心强、严格遵守职业操守、具有良好的职业道德、思维敏捷、具有较强的钻研精神、对数字较为敏感、具有较强的实际动手能力、诚实正直。
5.视力：矫正视力正常，无色盲；听力：正常
