职位：售后支持（第三方）

工作总结：

通过专业的临床沟通，配合销售完成客户对产品售后的需求。

工作地点：

郑州

岗位职责

1. 执行公司销售和市场策略，配合销售完成售后工作；
2. 了解目标客户的情况，合理安排拜访频率、确保正确的传递产品信息，能第一时间响应客户的售后需求；
3. 能独立开展室内质控、生化比对、故障处理等POCT血糖仪售后流程，熟悉信息化血糖管理系统、并能够支持血糖仪一体机售后。
4. 及时准确的反馈市场信息，更新数据库信息以及产品信息。

岗位要求

1. 有1年以上医药企业或者其他相关工作经验；
2. 为人诚实、工作积极主动；
3. 良好的沟通能力及人际关系能力、影响力；
4. 有和医学领域专家建立并保持良好的关系的能力；
5. 良好的创新，开拓能力；
