职位描述
· 负责云基础设施核心组件的设计与开发，包括容器运行时、虚拟化、网络与存储等模块 · 构建与优化GPU虚拟化及设备 passthrough/mig 方案，实现异构算力的高效共享与隔离 · 设计并实现高性能网络方案（VPC/负载均衡/SDN），保障大规模集群的网络吞吐与低延迟 · 开发分布式存储基础设施，支撑AI场景下海量数据的写入、读取与加速 · 参与集群安全隔离、多租户资源配额与权限体系建设
职位要求
· 本科及以上学历，计算机、信息、电子等相关专业，1年以上相关经验 · 精通Go或C++，具备扎实的系统级编程能力与底层基础设施开发经验 · 熟悉容器技术与运行时（Docker/containerd/Kata等）及其底层原理 · 熟悉Linux内核与网络栈，了解虚拟化技术（KVM/QEMU/虚拟网卡等） 加分项（非必需） · 有GPU虚拟化/NVIDIA MIG/vGPU实战经验 · 熟悉CNI/CSI等Kubernetes扩展机制，有网络或存储插件开发经验 · 有eBPF/Cilium等高性能网络方案的落地实践 · 熟悉分布式存储系统（Ceph/CEPH/Lustre等）及其性能调优 · 有大规模云原生集群（千节点级以上）基础设施运维与优化经验
