职位描述
负责电控&电机&减速器设计开发阶段的研发质量管理 1.问题管理：负责电控&电机&减速器设计开发阶段&量产初期质量问题的风险识别及管理，推进设计质量问题解析、方案制定、对策效果验证，负责推动问题高效高质量关闭。 2.经验复盘：负责电控&电机&减速器设计开发过程中历史问题数据库建立、经验提炼。 3.历史问题规避：基于电控&电机&减速器失效数据库，进行新项目/改款项目经验横展，实车对策效果确认。 4.数据评审：负责电控&电机&减速器设计开发阶段相关节点交付物的质量评审。 5.DVP验证管理：负责电控&电机&减速器DVP验证项、验证标准合理性评审，验收结果确认。 6.可靠性管理：制定电控&电机&减速器可靠性验证质量规范，包括验证项目、验证标准、样本要求等。
职位要求
1.学历要求：全日制本科或以上学历，电力电子、汽车等相关专业方向 2.能力要求：具备电控&电机&减速器硬件开发验证经验者优先 3.岗位技能：熟悉汽车产品开发流程；熟悉电控&电机&减速器技术原理，了解行业技术发展方向 4.必要能力：逻辑清晰、风险敏感度高、有良好的组织能力和协调管理能力 5.工具技能：掌握汽车行业常用的开发工具（如CANoe、示波器、万用表）和分析问题的质量工具，熟练操作相关办公软件 6.外语能力：英语水平良好，能够开展日常英文工作
