网络监控与告警处理
使用监控工具（Zabbix、SolarWinds等）实时监测零售门店网络设备（AP/Switch、SD-WAN设备）及链路状态。
接收并分类告警，判断是否为已知问题或需要升级，在SLA时间内完成响应。
执行标准化恢复操作（如端口重启、设备软重启、配置重新下发等）。
事故管理与初步排障
对门店上报的网络故障（断网、慢、AP离线等）进行一线诊断，利用IP网络知识（TCP/IP、ARP、STP、DHCP、VRRP、OSPF、SNMP等）缩小问题范围。
使用Wi-Fi相关协议知识（CAPWAP、802.1x、Radius、TACACS）排查无线接入及认证问题。
在工单系统中记录所有操作步骤、时间线和初步结论。
客户沟通与升级协作
与客户方的门店管理人员或IT联络人保持清晰、礼貌的沟通，及时同步故障处理进展。
将无法解决的复杂问题升级至T2工程师，并准备完整的上下文信息（配置片段、日志、抓包文件等）。
与内部团队（T2、T3、厂商支持）高效协作，推动问题闭环。
文档与知识库维护
更新故障处理记录、已知错误库和常见问题解决方案（KB）。
根据ITIL流程执行事件、问题管理的文档化要求。
多任务支持
同时处理多个监控面板、电话和工单，并按优先级正确排序。
工作经验：1年以上网络领域工作经验，有 NOC或服务台经验者优先。
网络基础知识：
理解并能够解释IP网络核心协议：TCP/IP、ARP、STP、DHCP、VRRP、OSPF、SNMP。
熟悉无线局域网相关协议： CAPWAP、802.1x、Radius、TACACS。
设备实操经验：具备以下品牌之一的实际操作经验（配置查看、基础排障）：
Cisco / Huawei / Juniper / Aruba / Ruckus / Fortinet（有Meraki经验者加分）。
监控工具经验：使用过至少一种企业级监控系统，如 Zabbix、Cacti、SolarWinds 或类似平台。
事故管理能力：有事故管理、故障排查及根因分析（RCA）支持经验。
流程认知：了解基于 ITIL的业务管理流程（事件、问题、变更）。
软技能：
优秀的沟通和人际交往能力，能与客户和内部团队有效协作。
较强的动手解决问题和分析能力，能在压力下同时管理多项任务。
强烈的客户服务意识。
工作态度：能够接受 24×7昼夜轮班（包括夜班、周末及节假日），适应长时间集中注意力的工作环境。
持有 CCNA 或同等认证。
有零售门店网络或SD-WAN（Meraki/SASE）支持经验。
具备基础英语读写能力，能看懂英文告警、技术文档和工单系统。
