一、岗位基本信息

岗位名称： 客户质量工程师（实习生）

所属部门：质量保证部

汇报关系： 直接上级岗位：客户路试主管 直接下级岗位： 无

二、任职资格

教育程度：本科及以上学历，有初级的英语听说读写能力； 工科专业，机械、汽车类专业优先；

工作经验： 具备一定的专业知识

专业技能要求： 理解质量管理体系；熟悉制造工艺和过程控制知识；熟悉质量工具，特别是8D知识

能力要求：具备领导问题解决小组的能力；良好的展示技巧；具备与顾客沟通的能力；

其他特殊要求：能够进行监督，必须有良好的态度并能用专业方式和顾客讨论不同的质量问题；在顾客面前能代表公司良好的形象。如有相关工作经验或者某项技能特别优秀的，以上任职资格要求可适当放宽；

四、主要岗位职责

．参加快反会议

1）参加快反会议反馈&监督责任部门快速响应客户端

质量问题，并得到解决

．变更管理

1）参加CCB会议，确保产品/顾客方面的变更得到有效的执行

2）必要时，协调SREA/Alert/其他类型的顾客的变更的提交策划，协调所有进行中的变更的PV实验

协调内部PPAP资料的准备，包括样件提交和进行中的变 更（工程，过程，供应商）

与顾客沟通 质量评审时，与顾客共同展示质量状态

2）协调顾客来访/审核时的内部事务

4． 与最终顾客沟通

1）必要时，走访最终顾客，与最终顾客联系，了解顾客的问题

2）必要时，去经销商处与经销商沟通，已解决质量问题

5． 审核，纠正和授权从顾客出收回的故障件
