About the Role

协助构建公益品牌体系，践行ESG战略： 紧扣行业政策与集团可持续发展目标，通过体系化的公益品牌建设，深度践行友邦企业社会责任，提升品牌知名度与社会美誉度。
创新传播赋能业务，深化价值共鸣： 策划兼具深度与广度的创意公益项目及传播方案，将品牌建设与客户经营深度融合；通过情感连接与价值共鸣，强化内外部客户关系，有效助力业务增长并提升品牌形象。
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. 公益品牌策略协同与高效执行
跨部门协同机制建立： 作为公益品牌项目的关键联络人之一，主导公益品牌策略的内部沟通与宣导，确保各方对所负责的公益项目理念及年度计划达成共识，消除执行壁垒。
全流程项目管理： 负责公益品牌项目从策划到落地的全周期管理，监控关键节点与交付质量，确保所有活动严格符合品牌规范及合规要求，实现高质量执行。
资源整合与优化： 统筹内外部资源，协调外部执行机构、媒体伙伴及内部团队，优化资源配置，提升公益项目的传播效率与社会影响力。
2. 利益相关方管理与价值共鸣构建
多方关系协调与维护： 有效协调政府机构、非营利组织（NGO）、外部执行机构及内部各方面等关键利益相关方，构建良好的外部合作生态与内部支持网络。
赋能业务与客户经营： 通过策划富有创意的品牌公益活动，搭建品牌与客户之间的情感连接桥梁，协助业务团队利用品牌势能增强客户粘性，实现品牌价值与业务增长的双向赋能。
风险管理与声誉保护： 在对外合作及项目执行中，敏锐识别潜在的舆情或合规风险，建立预警与应对机制，确保持续维护并提升友邦的品牌美誉度。
Minimum Job Requirements:
大学本科学历或以上，市场营销专业优先；
5年以上相关工作经验；
具备业务敏锐度、创新能力和战略思考能力；
沟通能力强，抗压力强，能自我驱动，积极主动地推动工作开展；
熟悉办公应用软件，能熟练运用PowerPoint, Excel以及Word；
英文可作为工作语言。
