职位描述

1、负责公司内部数字化系统的方案设计、前后端开发、系统集成与上线交付；
2、独立承接项目，参与业务需求分析，负责核心方案设计与代码实现；
3、编写高质量、可维护的代码，完善单元测试与技术文档；
4、持续优化系统性能与稳定性，排查并解决线上问题。

职位要求

1、重点本科及以上，211/985优先，计算机相关专业；
2、3-5年Java后端开发经验；
3、Java基础扎实，熟练使用Spring Boot开发后端服务；
4、熟练使用MySQL、Redis、消息队列等常⽤中间件；
5、有微服务或分布式系统实际开发经验；
6、熟悉Linux常用命令，能够进行服务部署、日志排查和基础问题定位；
7、熟悉Git工作流、CI/CD流程，具备良好的工程规范意识；
8、有较强的业务理解、问题拆解和自驱学习能力，能快速进入陌生业务域；
9、有React/Vue等前端开发经验，能独立完成内部系统页面开发与前后端联调；
10、熟练使用AI编程工具提升研发效率与代码质量，并能审查、验证其生成结果。
