岗位概述：
1. 协助副总裁开展生产运营管理工作，参与关键生产数据的收集、分析与报告输出，跟踪重点工程进展，为万浦管理层提供信息及决策支持。
2. 通过对矿山生产系统运行情况的持续跟踪与分析，识别运营问题，并提出专业的改进建议，推动合资企业生产效率提升和管理优化，确保矿山安全、稳定、高效运行并达成既定经营目标。
3. 协助合作伙伴间的交流与合作，参与万浦集团内部包括BIC/TEY/TCM业务单元间知识分享和技术交流，助力公司利益最大化。
4. 纳入担任高层职位（副总裁、技术总监等）继任者培养计划。
主要角色与职责：
1. 协助矿山生产运营数据的收集、整理与分析，编制周报、月报及专项分析报告，确保数据准确性与及时性，为管理层提供决策支持。
2. 协助跟踪矿山生产计划执行情况，分析关键指标偏差，提出改进措施并推动落实，确保生产目标达成。
3. 协助对矿山安全、机电及生产系统运行情况进行监控与分析，识别潜在风险并提出优化建议。
4. 协助重要会议材料准备、会议纪要整理及决议事项跟踪，确保上级指令有效落地和合资公司协作顺畅。
5. 完成副总裁交办的专项工作及临时任务，支持矿山整体运营管理工作。
任职资格：
• 本科及以上学历，采矿工程、矿山机电、安全工程、工程管理等相关专业优先。
• 通过大学英语六级（CET-6），具备良好的英语听、说、读、写能力，能够满足日常工作及基础业务沟通需求
• 具备5年以上煤矿相关工作经验，熟悉矿山生产运营流程及管理模式。
• 具备煤矿主体专业工作经历包括采矿工程、地质工程，机电管理、通风及安全管理等相关经验者优先。
• 有矿山管理岗位经验者优先，能够理解并支持管理层决策。
