安全合规工程师，惠州

• 每年年初协助制定并推动审批公司 HSE 及 IMS年度工作计划，定期与总经理及装置经理监督审查计划进度，确保按期完成；支持并监督液空工业管理体系在公司内部的贯彻实施。
  Support to prepare and obtain approval on entity HSE & IMS annual plans at the beginning of each year; regularly monitor and review progress with GM and Facility Managers to ensure completion on schedule; support and supervise IMS implementation in the entity.

• 负责工厂生产运行的合规性管理，按计划取得必要的行政许可（如危险化学品安全生产许可证、经营许可证等）；必要时配合液空中国合规（IRC）团队参与区域内新项目的开发支持。
  Be responsible for operation regulation compliance management to obtain required permits as scheduled (e.g., SPP/SBP); support the ALC IRC team on new regional project developments when required.

• 与当地 HSE 监管部门建立并维持高效沟通，定期跟踪、呈报当地 HSE 法律法规的更新动态与管控要求，评估其对液空运营的影响并制定消除差距的行动计划。
  Build and maintain effective communication with local HSE authorities; regularly track and report changes or requirements in local HSE regulations, analyze impacts on AL's operation, and develop action plans for gap elimination.

• 全面负责液空员工及承包商人员的 HSE 培训与资质管控；组织实施公司 HSE 监督检查与审计、HSE 宣传推广活动、支持性专项工作、HSE 管理工具应用及定期 HSE 专项会议。
  Manage HSE training and qualifications for both AL and contractor employees; conduct HSE inspections and audits for responsible entities; oversee HSE promotion programs, supporting activities, HSE management tool applications, and regular HSE meetings.

• 负责 CIMS 系统中 HSE 数据的精细化管理，及时向公司总经理和液空中央 HSE 团队呈报 HSE 事故与事件，并确保事件原因分析符合液空集团及当地法规的要求。
  Responsible for the management of HSE data reported in CIMS; report HSE accidents and incidents to Entity GM and ALCH HSE team in a timely manner; ensure root cause analysis complies with AL and local regulation requirements.

• 担任风险管理协调员，按照液空集团及地方法规要求组织开展 HSE 相关风险识别与评估，制定并执行适当的风险缓释与消除措施。
  Act as Risk Management Coordinator; organize HSE-related risk identification as required by AL and local regulations; determine and execute mitigation actions to reduce risks when needed.

• 积极配合团队开展其他相关工作，共同保障工厂总体目标的达成。
  Collaborate with the team on other related matters to achieve overall objectives.

Are you a MATCH?

• 具有学士学位，化学工程、安全工程等相关专业优先。
  Bachelor's degree， major in chemical engineering or safety engineering is preferred.

• 具备 3 年以上危险化学品行业工作经验，拥有扎实的工厂现场安全管理经验。
  3+ years of work experience in hazardous chemical industry; solid plant safety management experience.

• 良好的沟通表达能力与人际交往技巧。
  Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.

• 熟悉国家及行业 HSEQ 法律法规与标准体系。
  Be familiar with HSEQ regulations and compliance requirements.

• 持有国家注册安全工程师职业资格证书（危险化学品方向）。
  Hold Certified Safety Engineer certificate.
