职位描述

一、主要职责：负责能源设备科四类物资（备件、化工、辅料、劳保）仓库的日常管理工作，涵盖高低压配电、水暖系统、污水处理设备等物资的入库验收、仓储保管、领用发放及库存盘点。保障动力设备维修、检修所需备件的及时供应，确保备件库存数据准确、账物一致。
1、物料入库管理
负责物料到货后的接收、清点、核对，确认品名、规格、型号、数量等与采购订单及送货单一致；对验收不合格、手续不齐全的备件拒绝入库，并及时反馈至采购及上级主管；；将检验合格的物料分类上架、定位摆放，粘贴标识，登记货位；及时在系统中完成入库登记，建立并维护物料台账。
2、物料出库管理：依据设备维修工单、检修计划或领料单，准确备料并发放物料；严格执行“先进先出”（FIFO）原则；与领料人当面清点交接，双方签字确认，确保出库手续齐全；及时更新系统数据及标识卡，确保账、物、卡一致。
3、物料库存管理：负责物料库的日常整理、整顿、清洁（5S管理），物料规范摆放，标志清晰；定期进行库存盘点（日盘/周盘/月盘），确保账实相符；监控物料库存动态，对低库存物料及时预警，提出采购建议；跟踪物料使用情况，统计备件消耗数据；做好防火、防盗、防潮等安全防护工作；管理呆滞物料，提出处理建议。
4、单据与系统管理：准确填写各类仓库单据（入库单、出库单、领料单、盘点表等）；负责各系统中物料数据的录入、维护与核对；相关单证、报表的整理、归档和保管；定期编制库存报表并上报。
5、其他工作：负责物料库废旧物资及旧件的回收管理；
6、完成上级交办的其他工作任务。
二、任职要求
1、学历与经验：大专及以上学历；机械、电气、自动化、物流管理等相关专业优先；
2、有1年以上仓库管理或设备备件管理相关工作经验；
3、有汽车行业或动力设备相关工作经验者优先；
