2. 齿轮与传动：进行齿轮参数计算、电机选型匹配，优化传动效率与寿命。
3. 可靠性验证：设计运动部件的寿命测试方案（如跌落、磨损、疲劳测试），并根据结果迭代设计。
岗位职责：
1. 机械原理：扎实的机械设计基础，精通齿轮、皮带、连杆等传动机构设计。
2. 电机应用：熟悉直流无刷电机、步进电机的特性与控制方式。
3. 润滑与耐磨：了解摩擦学知识，能合理选择润滑脂与耐磨材料（如POM、PA66）。
有工业机器人、服务机器人、自动化设备行业背景者优先。
