岗位职责
We are currently recruiting a high school chemistry teacher for an international school in Suzhou. This position requires onboarding by August 2026.
Job Responsibilities
Based on the school's teaching syllabus and the actual situation of the students, develop a reasonable chemistry teaching plan to ensure teaching quality.
Carefully prepare lessons, create teaching plans, and complete teaching tasks according to the teaching plan.
Carefully monitor students' learning progress and promptly identify their learning difficulties, providing necessary guidance and assistance.
Actively participate in teaching research activities, exchange teaching experiences with colleagues, and jointly improve teaching proficiency.
Be responsible for students' regular tests, mid-term and final exams, and other assessment work, conducting scientific evaluations of students' learning status.
Regularly communicate with parents about students' learning situations, provide feedback on students' performance at school, and promote home-school cooperation.
Participate in school-related activities and cooperate with the school to complete other related tasks.
