工作职责

• 战略性地管理资源，实现学校改进计划的目标
• 激发学生、同事和家长的信任和信心
• 帮助建立强大的团队，并为他们创造出类拔萃的条件
• 管理学术人员、资源和设施，确保我们的学生在IPC水平上取得最高成绩
• 协助总校长审查和实施学校政策，在校长缺席或其他情况下代理校长职务
• 领导小学的日常工作
• 审查和修订年度评估周期，确保其继续满足学生的需要
• 与家长进行整体沟通，必要时与家长进行个别沟通
• 分析数据，推动小学的改进和进步，利用数据与相关的年级主任一起制定计划
• 根据需要监督个别学生的校外考试
• 按要求向 NAE 报告学生的进步和成绩
• 监督报告的制作、撰写和发送
• 负责一至六年级的教学标准，支持教职员工开展年度活动
• 管理年度/特别活动的轮值、通讯、房间预订等日程安排。
• 负责管理小学部的课外活动计划，包括为课外活动分配工作人员、编制课外活动选 择方案、监督课外活动的质量和学生出勤率，必要时与中学部主要工作人员联络。
• 监督每年的课程和住宿旅行安排，监督与家长的沟通，确保及时进行所有风险评估并填写所需的旅行表格
• We are currently seeking a principal for the primary school department at an international school in Beijing. The expected start date is as soon as possible. Job Responsibilities
• Strategically manage resources to achieve the goals of the school improvement plan
• Inspire trust and confidence among students, colleagues and parents
• Help build a strong team and create outstanding conditions for them
• Manage academic staff, resources and facilities to ensure that our students achieve the highest scores at the IPC level
• Assist the principal in reviewing and implementing school policies, and act as the principal in the absence of the principal or in other circumstances
• Lead the daily work of the primary school
• Review and revise the annual assessment cycle to ensure that it continues to meet the needs of students
• Communicate with parents as a whole, and have individual communication with parents when necessary
• Analyze data to drive the improvement and progress of the primary school, and use data together with relevant grade directors to formulate plans
• Supervise individual students' out-of-school examinations as needed
• Follow the requirements to report students' progress and achievements to NAE
• Supervise the production, writing and sending of reports
• Be responsible for the teaching standards of grades one to six, and support the staff in conducting annual activities
• Manage the scheduling of rotational, communication, room reservations and other schedules for annual/special events.
• Be responsible for managing the extracurricular activity plan of the primary school, including allocating staff for extracurricular activities, compiling extracurricular activity selection plans, supervising the quality of extracurricular activities and student attendance rates, and contacting the main staff of the secondary school when necessary.
• Supervise the annual course and accommodation travel arrangements, supervise communication with parents, ensure timely risk assessment and fill in the required travel forms

Requirements

• 国际小学或双语小学担任校长或同等领导职务的经验
• 有IB PYP经验优先
• 教育或相关专业本科及以上学历
• 优秀的沟通、人际关系和领导能力
• 流利的英语和普通话
• 有教师发展、招聘和管理方面的经验
• 能够独立工作，并作为团队的一员，在快节奏，动态的环境中工作
• Experience as the principal or equivalent leadership position in an international primary school or bilingual primary school
• IB PYP experience is preferred
• Bachelor's degree or above in education or a related field
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and leadership abilities
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin
• Experience in teacher development, recruitment and management
• Capable of working independently and as a member of a team, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
